To register, if you do not have an account on HAL or SCIENCESCONF, you need to create your account by clicking on the top right login button.

Registration fees

The deadline for early registration and payment received is January 10, 2020.
After this date, the late registration fees will automatically become effective.

 *Copy of student ID is indispensable for proof of status (please email to marie-helene.gaugler@univ-nantes.fr at the time of your registration)

Registration fees can be paid online with credit card, by purchase order or with check.

For those who want to pay the registration fees by a Nantes University internal transfer, please contact marie-helene.gaugler@univ-nantes.fr

Registration fees include:

• Access to all sessions and exhibition
• Symposium kit (bag, abstract book, documentation)
• Certificate of attendance
• Access to all lunches and coffee breaks

Registration fees do not include access to symposium dinner on February 13, 2020 (extra fee 50€).
